Download Vocabilis
If you want to use Vocabilis without its text-to-speech abilities, you only need to download and install one file vocabilis-setup.exe.
If you want Vocabilis to speak the language you are learning, you will have to download and install spchapi.exe (Windows 2000 users don't need to download this file), and one or more voices for the target language if you haven't previously done so.
